We securely record conversation histories between users and the chatbot applications we develops for our business owner clients. These records can subsequently be used exclusively to improve the expert AI chatbot's accuracy, identify conversational gaps, and fine-tune future responses specific to each business and industry. To promote transparency and community trust, we have open-sourced the algorithm responsible for fetching and handling user conversations. Nonetheless, we will not utilize the user history data for your business without your consent and, as a client, your business reserves full ownership over this data.
We offer a curated selection of advanced and state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) as our base models - including GPT-4o, LLaMa, and Mistral - tailored to fit your busienss's specific use case and performance needs. All models we use are licensed under Apache 2.0, making them fully suitable for commercial use.
Unlike most API providers, which offer limited fine-tuning capabilites, and SaaS platforms that typically act as "skin" wrappers around those APIs, we take a fundamentally different approach. We work directly with open-source models by downloading the full model configuration and weight files. This allows us to perform deep fine-tuning at the level of the base architecture, thereby permanently modifying the model weights to align with your indsutry's data. The result is a truly customized AI solution, not just a surface-level adaption.
